Hi hired Charles to do a bedroom refurbishment which involved a large amount of plastering, relocating and replacing a radiator, installing tongue and groove panelling around the walls, replacing the picture rail and replacing sockets. Charles estimate came in well below that of another builder who quoted me for the work. The work became necessary due to a leak somewhere in the roof area. Charles correctly identified the source of the leak which the other builder had failed to do. Charles and his team carried out the work to a very high standard. He was always punctual, polite and helpful. He sourced various assorted items that were required as the job went along and only charged them at cost price from his supplier (he produced the various receipts at the conclusion of the work.) He and his team worked in a very clean way and removed all debris etc at the end of each day. I would not hesitate in recommending Charles to anyone who needs work doing. I will definitely be using him again in the future. Paul Andrews.

Very happy with all the work Charlie and Kev did for us. Damp proof and wall ties were completed quickly so we could get our retention back from the mortgage company. Other work which we asked to be done was a knock-through and fitting of french doors. All completed in decent time for a very good price and happy with the standard of work. Charlie and Kev are dead friendly and happy to help out with other bits of work around the house that I was doing at the time. Will be using Charlie again if we require any more professional building work to be done.
