Charlie was prompt when coming to do a quote. Some builders tried to quote for unnecessary work but Charlie was honest and didn't over play the issues. Turned up on time to do the damp proof work, did work quickly with minimal dispruption. Very reasonable price. Even did a couple of little odd jobs for the tenant for free!! Charlie did a great job for us he throughly inspected the affected area and recommended a simple low cost solution, significantly lower than the other tradesman put forward. Having said that he did come straight back when I said that I was unhappy and completed job that was outlined originally on my builder.Answer from tradesperson:
the job was not packing up 3 joist there was no joist at all it was a 4 inch drop concrete slab about 4 feet by 6 feetwe cleaned out the rubble installed new joists replaced t&g floor board full total cost £180 gave Joanna guarantee for work never asked for any money waited nearly two weeks for payments, it appears Joanna wanted more than we priced for but to make our customer happy we did more we are sorry we could not make Joanna plus i don't why wait 6 weeks for feed back Thanks Damp tech
