    Wall with penetrating damp
    Got a quote from Charlie a couple of days after I posted the advert, following a home visit. He then promptly sent his team to the house 4 days later and the job - 2 walls of penetrating damp - was done in half a day. A throughly professional job, and I highly recommend.

    Wall knock through, patio replacement floor levelling
    Really pleased with the work. Charlie & son are extremely hard working, honest, & reliable. It was a big messy job yet they minimised the mess & always tidied up. Nothing was ever too much trouble. I would highly recommend.

    Kitchen-diner knockthrough
    Apologies for the delay in feedback, still renovating other rooms!! On time, fair quote by far, even negotiated on any extra works undertaken (of which there were many) by balancing out costs of my own decision to use my own plasterer for some of the work I wasn't fully satisfied with or which had time constraints to complete. Charlie and his team appeared to work solidly and made every effort to meet my needs in a tight budget. Can't really complain about lines not being straight/level enough for my liking as I believe this would have been evident in the quote I got (it meant my tilers and kitchen/bathroom fitters had a more difficult job to do) though I appreciate my house needed a lot more work than first realised. Much appreciated, very professional and itemised work!

    2 window lintels plus double glazing misting
    Absolutely fantastic, Charlie kept in constant contact and carried out a brilliant job. He even came back to check we were happy. Such a professional and very courteous. You must hire him for your next job!!!!

    Damp specialist required
    Absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend, honest, friendly, on time, quick, reliable. After having a ridiculous quote, Charlie came and gave an honest quote. 24 hrs later, job has been completed. Highly recommend.

    Damp visible on internal walls

    Good price and the work came with a 20 year guarantee which hopefully I'll never need to use.

    Damp report

    Were punctual and gave me a free estimate of the work needed doing. Would definately recommend and also use again.
