They took care of every aspect of the demolition, from dealing with the local council authorities wrt demolition orders, method and access statements , as well as arranging to have all of the utility services moved prior to the job commencing to a safe area for the build stage. Added 20th February, 2020: -------------------------- The whole shed will be coming down soon after, so damage caused to the current shed might be unavoidable but not an issue.

The guys doing the work did arrive 1.5 hours early (to cater to a skip delivery) which I wasn't aware of, but an early get-up isn't the end of the world. They were were polite and thorough with the job and completed it quickly. Even demolished a small coal shed for me and put that in the skip too.
