    re-place shower and kitchen taps

    Pav is punctual and reliable. He replaced kitchen tap and shower mixer tap in the bathroom. His service was great. I will strongly recommend and hire him again. Excellent!

    Sanding / repainting a wall

    Amazing work from a top guy. I will definitely use Pav again and again. Punctual, friendly and reliable, Paz's got an eye to detail. I highly recommend him.

    Change a tap

    Pav arrived on time. He changed a kitchen tap very quickly and was confident what he was doing. I am pleased with Pav's work. Also Pav gave me some advice about refurbishment my flat and has shown his Portfolio. I definitely will recommend and hire Pav again for my future jobs!

    Tiling
    I needed to tile my bathroom plywood boxing to avoid the damp, Pav helped me to do the job. His workmanship is excellent and did a very neat and tidy job. I am pleased with his work and would definitely recommend to others.

    Small bathroom renovation job/re-fit
    The job ran long (twice the estimated time) and at greater cost than even contingency allowed for. I believe this to be a result of Pav's inexperience and attempted short cuts which turned out to be very long. I'd give the job 5/10 overall. There are a great many small flaws, and some larger ones we've had to hire a third party to rectify. Pav did offer to come back and fix some of the snags at extra cost to us. Pav also did some painting for us which he subcontracted out, which ended up over budget and which by Pav's admission was a poor job. Poor planning and far, far too much complaining by Pav meant this job wasn't as successful as it could have been. If Pav was more realistic about costings and timescales this would help for future work and quoting. However I would not hire him again.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    I always work fair. The job run long only 2 days extra and I had explained why I was not provided with some accessories on time. Not a single drop of paint was left on the floor and furniture. When we finished painting they were excited about the job. Over budget was £100. The customer was notified and I did not complain I was EXPLAINING why this job took a bit more time. When they saw beautiful bathroom, her exact words were: "Why did I not invite you 2 years ago". Having said all that, there is an inconsistency between this feedback and what she said directly to me. I do not want to blame anyone. There is clearly a misunderstanding which led to the negative feedback.

    Bathroom fitting from scratch with tiles

    Just after few moments I realised Pav could do a very good job and glad I was right..I hired him for full bathroom installation including tiles and I am happy to say he done an excellent job and I highly recommend PAV and his friendly team..His price is good for his quality of work and most importantly he fiished job in time as he promissed...Thanks Pav..Regads Suresh

    Bathroom Renovations
    Pav went out of his way to fit my job in when I was let down by another builder. His team worked long hours every day and took care over their work. The tiling looks great and the new bathroom suite has been fitted well. Thank you.

    Tiling and Fitting Taps
    Great job, really pleased with the quality of work, professional service. Very hard working team arrived promptly each day and finished work to deadline. Good value for money - I highly recommend!

    Partial renovation of 2 bathrooms

    Pav completed refurbishment of 2 bathrooms for us. I would highly recommend him. Pav is very thorough and his work is of a high standard. He was polite, easy to deal with and punctual and completed the work on time. Work included removing existing bathroom suites and tiles, retiling, installing new showers etc and new electric radiators. Work is neat and tidy and planned out carefully. He made some good suggestions to improve layout and finish. Pav agreed to come back after a few weeks when we get a part that was out of stock to complete the shower installation and a few odd jobs. While here, Pav kept the place tidy. He laid out carpet protection in the communal halls and stairs for our building as well as in our flat, and wiped down the floors at the end of each day. Also protected the walls where he stored his tools.
