C&T quoted a very reasonable price (within the guidelines from my surveyor). Some other quotes I received were 3 times that! They were able to start work earlier than expected due to a postponed job. Josh was very easy to talk to and agreed to do some additional work at no extra cost. Work was carried out within the estimated timescale. Smiling faces and no complains about working in -4°C. Great attitude towards work. Quality of work was great and left the site tidy. No mess in neighbours’ driveway either (which I have seen some people do in the past). Final price was same as originally quoted. Noticed a small issue late, but it was immediately rectified without any argument. So can’t fault them on any front. Will use again if needed.

I had problem with my gutter and facia as they needed to be replaced. We had problem with every rain as water came directly on the walls and windows. The C&T roofing did a perfect job in a matter of hours. No problem afterwards. They offered a very competitive rate for their job. They did the job on a freezing day. Josh did a great job sorting our guttering and replacing some missing roof tiles. He also a couple of extra bits for us and gave great advice. Very polite and friendly. Will use again and recommend to friends. Thanks Josh
