Chris came out to fix downstairs radiators that were not working. He first attended to diagnose (£80) and then returned to resolve the issue for an additional £220. Unfortunately, the radiators still did not work, leaving me with unhappy tenants particularly during a cold period. Chris promised to return the following Monday, saying he “does not leave a job unfinished,” but then postponed for another week, saying he was too busy. Despite explaining the urgency, he later said he was unhappy with my messages and would issue a partial refund. Instead, he blocked me on WhatsApp, and blocked me again when I contacted him from another number. It’s one thing to stop taking work, but another to leave a job unfinished after promising to fix it or refund. Very disappointing.

Chris reponded to my request very quickly and came round to give me a quote without a callout. He got my leaking toilet cistern and boken flush all replaced and fixed in a couple of hours. Well happy with his work and will be very pleased to hire him again in future.

Chris was great at explaining the different options and guiding me to the best way forward. Did a great job and wouldn’t hesitate to use Chris for other electric or plumbing issues. Highly recommend

Chris is very approachable and helpful. He was able to suggest simple solution to our long standing problem with blinds. The work was carried quickly and to a high standard. Highly recommended!

From start to finish Chris was great to work with. He provided a quote quickly and accurately, gave honest and clear advice and completed the job to a high standard. Chris takes pride in his work and delivering for his clients and it shows in the result. As a bonus, he also has a great singing voice!

Chris and his electrician (Jake) did a great job fitting an electric shower in our bathroom. Would definitely recommend Chris and use him again. He came to our house free of charge to make sure he understood what we wanted and quoted us for a couple of different options we discussed. He was helpful, professional and communicative and the job was completed to a really high standard and exactly as discussed. We were very lucky that we found Chris!
