Craig has just finished work at ours today. We thought the black mould was rising damp but it turned out it was condensation that caused it. Craig explained everything to us and sorted it out. Excellent work very clean and tidy worker also very polite. We would definitely recommend him. The best workman we have had in years. Thank you Craig.

Craig is absolutely brilliant, honest and identified my problem as not damp but condensation, even showed me meter readings to confirm, gave me some great advice on what to do next, would highly recommend as not trying to just get money off you when there is no problem. Thanks craig would definitely recommend and use if or when an issue arises

Fantastic Job done by Craig, and really competitive price. So pleased with finished job, would hire again in a shot. Highly recommended

Craig met us at a property we intend to buy. Has some damp issues and Craig advised where the damp is coming from, what the readings are, and the resolution and estimated costs. He was knowledgeable and courteous. We would like to hire him if the purchase goes ahead. Thank you Craig.

Although we Craig did not do the work for us in the end, he was very quick to respond and helped us to identify the issue we had. His communication and level of professionalism was faultless.

Craig come to our cottage following a concern that we may have damp. Craig arrived early and was thoroughly pleasant. He reviewed our perceived damp problem thoroughly and advised that no work was necessary and that we just need to manage the problem with heating and ventilation (our property is a 300 year old thatched cob cottage). There was no hard sell and he was very honest. I would thoroughly recommend him and loved the Welsh dragon he had emblazoned on the roof of his truck!

Craig came to put a vent in to stop condensation in the bed room he was very good he put a second vent in the room for same price he quoted. He was very clean & tidy & very polite would recommend him to anybody. thanks for doing a super job

I was very impressed with Craig, he turned up gave me some great advice on what to do, telling my I could sort the problem out myself and I didn’t need him or anyone else Thank you for your honesty Craig I would certainly recommend you

At this stage all I needed was a brief survey and some advice. Craig of CPH was timely, courteous, professional, and helpful. He was able to advise me as to the nature of the problem and to lay out a range of possible solutions, without pushing for the most expensive. If I require further help in this matter I shall definitely seek out CPH!

We called for advice and that’s what we got. Such a nice person, very honest. We almost got scammed by someone else and luckily Craig gave us very honest advice about treating the problem ourselves. We would highly recommend.
