Managed to do the job on the day I wanted and done it quickly as well.

Once shortlisted Chris messaged me and gave me a guide as to cost and said he could do job the following day. He arrived and removed my pipe, sealed it and covered up the gap. Only charged me £45. Very pleased and will use them again.

The team came out quickly and do the job as required.

The guys have just left, job completed satisfactorily as per their quote, 13 hours after I first made contact at 9pm last night! They also gave me a quick call to say they would be 10 minutes late arriving, due to traffic, which was a much appreciated courtesy. Would happily recommend CP Plumbing and Heating to anyone.

Chris was early, quick, professional and pleasant. The job was fairly priced and he stuck to the amount he quoted. Would use Chris again.

Quote was for £150, this was changed over the phone but reluctantly agreed. He then installed the pipework incorrectly could not solve the issue and I had to use my Scottish Gas maintenance agreement to get my heating working. I had held back £80 because he was meant to come back but at my expense with taking more time off work because he could or would not come on days asked he became heated in his manner on the phone. In the end I went to a different site and hired someone else who said he overpriced the job by £90 the extra he said on the phone. The new plumber said he believed this guy did not know what he was doing, in the end he repaired it satisfactorily. I will not be using this site again.

Arrived early, always a good sign and conducted the tests in a professional manner. Clean and tidy, Chris and Callum did a thorough check of the appliances and explained the results. Would happily advise anyone to use this company. I certainly will again.

Problem was fixed within an hour of contacting us - quick and efficient. Would recommend.
