I had a quick reply from my ad and he came soon after to give me a quote. I was happy with quote and work was completed a couple of days later. Very knowledgeable and approachable guy. Stuck with job till finished into late afternoon. I'm a happy customer would recommend to anyone.

Cosmin was able to do the work for me at very short notice, replacing the old caste iron soil stack. He worked incredibly hard to remove the old one and install the new one together with his colleague. He was an extremely friendly, personable young man who obviously knew what he was doing and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to family or friends

What a great guy! We were let down by a couple of contacts but after posting on my builder Cosmin popped up and was soon round to have a look at the job. It was a time sensitive install, where our new utility room was near finished we needed the floor done by the end of the week, ready for our new units. The system was up and running and I got straight on to tiling the next day. Cosmin also talked me through adding additional zones, which allowed me to install ufh in my kitchen too (which is now done!). Very professional guy. Knows his stuff and would highly recommend. I will certainly be in touch again if I need any further works. Thanks

Main waste pipe works repositioning and a new inspection chamber installation. We needed to redirect the waste pipe from above new kitchen extension to the outside wall at the side of the house. Plus install a new inspection chamber as required by building inspector. Consmin responded promptly to the advertised job and visited to check the scope of works. During the visit he was providing feedback and suggestions on how to put our wishes into practical solution showing that he can deliver exactly as planned. We appreciated his non-nonsense approach to the task and motto that everything can be solved as long as you put your mind and hand to it. We found the quote provided at the end to be a little above other requested but Cosmin was willing to renegotiate and agreed to reduce it a bit. When started Cosmin worked fast and efficient and was able to deliver exactly as agreed on. During the process he was approachable for any questions and readily explained how he was progressing with the task. Upon finish everything was tested and we were happy with the job. Cosmin provided us with a great solution to the problem we had. Would be my point of contact for any future plumbing jobs. Highly recommended.
