TOOK PHOTOS TO SHOW ME WHAT WAS WRONG AND AT THE END WHEN HE HAD MADE GOOD THE DAMAGE/FAULT, FULLY EXPLAINING WHAT HE HAD DONE. EVEN REPAIRED NEXT DOOR'S PROBLEM WHICH WAS EFFECTING MY WALL. WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND TO OTHERS. THANK YOU

I was very happy with Gary's work. Gary fitted some slate vents for me. He came when he said he would and explained everything clearly about the job and the parts he was fitting. He even did extra while he was up on the roof.I'm confident that if I were to have any problems with the vents Gary would rectify as soon as possible. I would use Gary again and also recommend him to a friend.
