We hired Gareth as we were pleased with his quote and he was able to do all the different jobs we required. The kitchen fit went well and was completed on time. Scott is an amazing joiner and a real credit to his trade often working very long days. He had to customise some of the kitchen units and he did a brilliant job, he was so meticulous and his attention to detail really finished the kitchen off. However, once the kitchen was completed and we had paid we found the sink and the radiator (which had been moved) were both leaking. I contacted Gareth (on the Wednesday) and he said he would be there to sort them out on the Saturday morning. On the Saturday afternoon I got a phone call from the guy who completes all the gas related jobs, he said his van had broken down and he would not be able to come until the following day. He knew nothing about Gareth coming to fix the sink but said he could do that too. The very next day and nothing, not a phone call or text from Gareth or the other guy and we haven't heard from them since. Although pleased with the kitchen we are rather disappointed with how this job ended as we were happy with the work until this point, but with a small baby we could not do without a means to wash bottles etc and had to pay somebody to come out. Feedback is neutral and not negative as the kitchen looks good and other aspects of the job were done well and Gareth did accommodate some last minute changes. It is just a shame it ended the way it did.

Sorry its taken so long to leave feedback. Hatfield Plumbing did a great job and were good value for money. Gareth ordered my tiles and picked them up for me too. Its was actually Gareth's Dad who fully refurbish my bathroom, he was very pleasant and I never had any worries about leaving him alone in my house. All in all a good job done

The boys are very quick and efficient and even hovered up after them. Did brilliant job would definitely recommend them. (just make sure your bathroom widows open first. he he) Thanks again boys.

Gareth did an excellent job fitting a new bathroom suite, retiling my kitchen and moving a radiator. The quote was very competitive, and all the jobs were completed to a very high standard. Gareth and his team have done an excellent job refitting our kitchen and utility. The job included moving a doorway, replacing a floor, electrics, plumbing and fitting 22 units including backboard and end panels - and very fiddly handles which needed routing in to the top of the cupboard doors without any instructions supplied from Wren on how to do it! Gareth was very professional when quoting. He took details, asked questions, made suggestions, emailed the itemised quote and gave us every confidence that he would do a good job - and he did. He has electricians, a plumber and an excellent fitter (Scott) who he calls on and they worked so hard and with attention to detail to ensure we were 100% happy. Having your kitchen refitted is probably the worst room in the house to redo, but Gareth and his team turned up exactly when they said they would, including working Saturday and Sunday to get the job done in the least amount of time possible to minimise disruption. I have no hesitation of recommending Hatfield Plumbing and Heating and will definitely call on them again for any future work we need doing.

We phoned these guys to give us a quote on fitting a new kitchen for us.We got a few quotes but decided to go with them because they were competative and covered all the trades we needed in one. So we didnt have to juggle the tradesmen. We used Howdens for our kitchen because these guys work with them alot and have a good set up with there rep who did our measuring up. The guys worked long hours to make sure the job was done in record time. which was great with having a young family so minimal disruption. would use them again in the future.

I had my kitchen fitted by Gareth and Scott. This was a Wren kitchen which I initally had a few issues with (cooker hood wrong size - handle short - no plinths ) I am really pleased with the finish and they took care to make sure I was happy with everything. Did a brlliant job on our bathroom. Completely stripped out old bathroom suite and tiles. Re-plastered walls, ceiling, laid new floor boards, built new wall,door frame and door. Installed plumbing,furniture,sanitary ware, heated towel rail and lights. Then tiled floor and walls. It was a difficult job to take on but they did it very well. Good communications and advice throughout. Highly recommended.

We hired the team to fit our kitchen, they came and fitted it within a week of us agreeing costs. Both gareth and Scott were helpful polite and clearly knowledgeable, they did a great job and we wouldn't have any problem recommending them to friends family or using them again.
