Richard responded quickly to my job posting and was friendly and straightforward to deal with. He gave me a good price for the job and it was completed quickly and efficiently. Richard was proactive in communications at all points and in explaining the work that was being carried out. He pointed out a couple of other things that would merit future attention on my roof but did not put me under any pressure to offer him more work.

I Hired BC Cole to undertake and replace some poor guttering work on my property that the previous owner had completed some years ago. During the work it was discovered that the facias and soffits (which had also been capped over by previous owner of property) were rotten and required replacement. BC cole showed me the issues and was able to price to replace the soffits and facias and undertake any other repairs required, which i agreed on. Due to the poor state of the facias and guttering and water ingress, the task required quite alot of work. The job has now been completed, the house is water tight, the work looks very tidy and for the first time in 3yrs (since moving in) the gutters no longer overflow. Overall, i am happy with the work.

Forgot to provide a review until now! Bobby and his team responded very quickly, polite and knowledgeable. They were very busy as a result of the storms but managed to fit me in within a short few days and secured and replaced a couple of missing and broken tiles. Would hire again if needed.

BC Roofing [ Richard and Levi] Did a very good job of our roof,soffits and guttering, to start was a repair to the chimney end of the house only. Then my neighbour told me he was having an extension built,I thought while the scaffolding was there I would get all of the roof checked and made good,I asked Richard to check and make good which he did and was no problem for him. I am very satisfied with his work, it all looks very good,nothing was too much trouble,and he and his team cleaned everywhere before leaving.I would recommend him to anyone.
