Richard was quick to respond and provide a quote to retile the front section of my roof (Victorian Terrace) including adding new breathable felt and battens, as well as new lead work around the chimney. Pricing was competitive and Richard completed the work with his team in just one day so super quick! Having started the work, Richard also agreed to replace some broken tiles and applied new flaunching on the chimney. Pricing was fair. Communication was clear throughout and the work was completed to a high standard. Happy with the job done!

BC Roofing and Building repaired a leek in my roof/gable end and identified further work to be done on my chimney and verge ( photographic evidence provided) Both jobs were completed promptly and as described on the contract. Richard kept me very well informed throughout the project and the roofing team were pleasant, courteous and very tidy. I would certainly use BC R and B again.

We have had a great experience from BC Roofing, Richard works to a very high standard and would recommend him and his team. The work we had done included, new trusses, felt, battens, tiles, hanging tiles, lead flashing, cladding, soffits, guttering.

I originally hired the team to sort what I thought was a blocked soffit issue, it then seemed to be a felting failure, and then ended as an entire roof failure. Much, much bigger than I’d suspected. Richard and his team were incredible! Richard was very proactive and helpful, rearranged his schedule to fit the work in, and did it to an excellent standard. I really appreciated him taking on such a big job at such short notice. It was a stressful time but feeling like I could trust the work the team carried out, and like I could trust Richard’s opinion, was a real comfort. Would highly recommend!
