    Jimmy did a great job on our silicone rendering . Great guy to have on the job ,nothing was a problem .Thanks Jimmy ,the family will be using your services .

    - Render exterior of house - 3 - 4 exterior walls **Customer description** Need whole bungalow rendered. Monikush system in white.

    I hired Jimmy to render my house last year. Was unreliable from the start changing the start date several times and not replying to messages. When they finally turned up I was not satisfied at all with the work. I have had to finish parts of myself as they never came back to finish the job off but for sure took the money. Vents were covered in render, gutters and fascia boards were left dirty. My neighbors garden and garage was covered in render. I would have never of let this happen if I did not just come out of icu for 8 weeks after being in a serious accident. I would not let these guys render my house if I had the choice again!

    Thanks for the review we not quite where your coming from here truly surprised in this comment we finished your job to a high standards. You payed us yourself when we completed the job that day last December. Regards to being unreliable due to cold weathers your job over run which we carnt help and you was well aware of. Very silly comment here we completed this job almost a year ago with no complaints until now.

    Plastering of 4 walls and ceiling
    Jimmy was a really nice guy! Great communication and came in straight away to do the job! 100% have him back to do the rest of the house.

    K rend rendering,67sqm to ground floor &retaining walls
    My experience with Jimmy and K-rend,i employed Jimmy to render my new extention and some poorly build garden walls Jimmy was a nice enough guy and his workforce friendly and hard working. Unfortunately I've needed them to return to finish off some bits and put right some areas that were shabby, having done the work initially I wanted it to all look the same but Jimmy to this date has still not returned to repair and complete, its been 4 months odd, he 1st said he was busy, for 2 months then promised another 2 weeks then gave me a date to return and let me down again and is now is ignoring my correspondence, I feel really let down by him for something that would take a day to put right I can't really understand why to be honest ?I have many photos and I'm happy to share my honest experience and photos with anyone who is considering k-rend.     Answer from tradesperson:

    Hi mark thanks for the comment You wanted us to come back and do more work for you for free as the the bits what needed to be touch up was due to your builders damaging our work which you also wanted us to do for free. I understand you need to get your house finished but you can not expect us to do it for free there’s around £500 worth of damages from your builders.

    Need a Screeder for Monday start. Screeding over underfloor heating. All ground floor. Self levelling compound all on site.

    Needed a whole ground for floor screeded asap. Hired Jimmy and he turn up pretty fast and came on time. Got the job done with good standards. Would recommend.

    - Render exterior of house - 3 - 4 exterior walls **Customer description** Need a quote for external walls to be rendered

    Jimmy came over and quote our rear extension rendering. With a very competitive price we expected his quote. He came on the date he said he would and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend to anyone.

    External Silicon render and insulation
    As agreed in Feb 2022, work suppose to start on 6th April, for some reason Jimmy decided to reschedule the work to 19th April, I was waiting to hear from him and invoice but no message nor email for any confirmation. Since no reply from him, I had to readvertise the job, as soon as job was live, had a text message from Jimmy confirming he can start the work on 20th April. I have been following since 2 weeks to confirm the job, but reply. As a result, Jimmy has not carried out the work and no response despite following up number of times over the phone and message. very unprofessional and unreliable. This feedabck will provide justification for his actions.

    Thanks for this feedback as you well no the weather has not been great so our previous jobs have been delayed which you understood when I called to delay your job until the 20th of April. In the mean time you tried to get another quote from another renderer who we work close with. We spoke this Friday the 15th April as I was going to send a deposit invoice which you refused to pay. Then on the Saturday the 16th of April I called to cancel works as you failed to pay deposit and my friend called me to say he was he was now doing the job for you. We have lost all trust in your self as we was in full communication at all times and we had full intentions of doing your job antill all trust was lost. You have now realised that we gave you a very reasonable quote and the materials which are being applied you need to be approved to install. Future customer please do be alarmed by this spiteful comment.

    - Render exterior of house - 3 - 4 exterior walls **Customer description** Hi would like top half of property rendered or silicone render if possible over existing front back and side scaffolding will be in place as other works are being done on roof estimate start date mid to late January

    Spoke to jimmy on phone, told himwhat I would like done at a property I was working at he attended property on time and date very professional completed works on time and very high standard will definitely use again on other projects
