Mark could not have been more helpful or accommodating. To my chagrin as a retired engineer I was attempting to join incompatible threads. Mark purchased the perfect taps, as my wife is severely visually impaired and then had to remove many items and work in difficult conditions under the sink unit. I was extremely satisfied with the cost given the length of time and the difficulty of the working environment. In the future Mark would be my first choice plumber and I would have no hesitation in recommending him.
