Great job completed also very friendly and very efficient . I had toilet leak and a lot water leaking down outside wall . They turned up next day job was done quick no fuss no mess and had the part needed to fix leak.

Responded quickly, fixed the leak within 2 days (it wasn’t an urgent one) and communicated directly with the tenant for me. Thank you!

Mark was one of three plumbers I sought a quote from. One of the others said that the handle was not available to replace the flush button;one inspected the job but never provided the quote. Marks quote appeared reasonable so I appointed him; he said he would fit me in as soon as possible and ring me. He rang me me Monday morning to check if it was convenient and completed the job to quote by 14:00 hrs that day. I have placed his card on my board should I need him again.

Excellent work by Mark and his colleague, identified the problem immediately and after giving me a quote and popping out to get the parts did the job straight away. Very happy and will use again if needed.
