    Blocked shower/sink drain

Good communication, and quick to respond on the app, which was very appreciated. Although we didn't take them up on their quote in this instance, I would reach out to them for future jobs.

Pump water from basement and advice on if leak present

We've had a persistent drainage problem that's proven difficult to solve, and throughout this exhausting process these guys have communicative, persistent, and even helpful with referring us on to other options, and not charging for bits of work that haven't led to a solution. Really fair, will definitely use again.
