Chris was able to fit me in at very short notice during the weekend for a new boiler when my old one failed. He and Jamie worked all day until the job was completed. Chris was also very informative about explaining alternative systems. Also very patient and helpful when I had to call him for operational advice outside of normal business hours. Would use again and will get him to perform annual service.

Chris and Jamie did a fantastic job fitting our new combo boiler. Completed in the exact time advised, left no mess and were extremely professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy! Chris was came out promptly and gave a very reasonable quote. He clearly explained the options to me. While doing the job, they were on time, very polite and also extremely tidy. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Chris provided an excellent service with my boiler replacement. He communicated very well as he worked through the job and always let me know what my options were. There was some additional work involved due to the layout of my property but that was all agreed up front in the quote. After the work was completed the work area was clean & tidy, with all the furniture back as it was before hand. I would definitely recommend Chris in future.

Chris provided a competitive quote to convert our heating and hot water supply from an old gravity fed to a new combi system. He clearly thought through and explained how he intended routing pipework etc which helped us to understand the steps involved. Chris also returned a couple of times to attend to some minor leaks under the sink and went over and above by fixing the washer on a tap which was dripping to save us returning it to the manufacturer for replacement. We did however have a few issues along the way which prevent me from leaving a fully positive review. Timekeeping was the most persistent problem. I believe due to illness, Chris's labourer was not available when our work was due to start, this caused a significant delay to our schedule and inconvenienced ourselves and our other trades. Chris was regularly several hours late to site and once cancelled the following days work. While he did get in touch to let us know it was very frustrating. There was a "misunderstanding" on requirement to lag/insulate the pipework. We reached a compromise and split the cost of the materials and I lagged a significant portion of the pipes myself. Finally on the day the boiler was actually commissioned there was a gas leak at our house. Chris did return as soon as we contacted him but the lack of a pressure test before leaving our property was a basic safety omission which put myself and my family at risk. Summary - happy with the end result but but a rocky ride.

Chris and Jimmy just did a great job replacing our broken boiler. Friendly, clean, fast, and professional workers. Also had an eye for the small but important things (pipework, filter, etc.). Cream on top was the excellent and plausible briefing.

Chris and his colleague installed a new boiler at my home. They fitted me in as an emergency appointment and the work was carried out to a high standard. There was no mess left at all and Chris went the extra mile to match up brickwork to the exterior of the house where he had to resite the flue. He patiently explained how to use the new boiler and thermostat. The cost of the job was very reasonable. I would highly recommend C Kelly Plumbing & Heating.
