Chris is a nice guy, young but clearly knows his trade. He did a good job for a reasonable price and kept in touch with regard to setting up of scaffolding and changing timescales due to poor weather. I felt Chris to be trustworthy, reliable and he clearly takes pride in his work. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others and I wish him well for the future.

I'm very happy with the work Chris & Crew completed - good cost, hard work, staying after dark to weatherproof - and he was conscientious in removing all the scrap even though he had to do it himself. Thanks again Chris & Crew for your hard work on this project. Will certainly contact again on the next roofing project.

Chris has done a great job installing the velux into my roof (a difficult task given the age of the roof). His workmanship appears to be very good, he was polite throughout and was worth every penny.

Chris gave us a competitive quote and completed the work when he said he would. The standard of his work is really good and we really like our new cupboard.

Very happy with the completed work. He even put a brick back for me and pointed a few joints at no extra cost! Would definitely use c j carpentry again.

Chris is a really great find for us new to the area. He came and gave me advice on my original job request and discussed the different ways it could be undertaken. He gave me a quote verbally which he backed up with a formal quote that evening. He was clear about when he had a slot free in his schedule. He called a day or so before coming to check it was still convenient for us and turned up on time. Really high standard of work completed quickly. He even cleared my guttering! Fully recommend Chris to anyone and will definitely use him myself again.
