Craig and his team did a good job of completely refurbishing the main bathroom and the downstairs toilet. After the initial visit I went to the showroom he suggested where they were very helpful and chose all the fittings. I then had a change of mind on some things and he came back to be sure we were on the same page and then ordered everything. There was a delay before the work could start but only because Craig was very busy and once we had a firm date the team stuck to it. They finished the work while I was away for a break. I returned in time to be shown all the controls. The ceilings, floors and walls were all changed as well as the fittings and an electric shower was altered to one running off the boiler. Both rooms look very good. To improve the appearance Craig built-in some areas and they are a great success. Communication was good and the price very fair for what was involved. I'd certainly recommend Craig and his team.

Craig completed our bathroom on time and to a high standard, he helped design the bathroom and made sujestions that made the bathroom look perfect, including redoing our ceiling with spot lights and wet wall, tilling and removing window sill and replacing our radiator with a towel rail. Craig also completed and arrange other jobs for us. Allowing us to finish our home. Always available on the phone for advise. We couldn't be more pleased with the jobs and the highly professional customer service. I would highly recommend this service.

Craig has done an amazing job of our ensuite and main bathroom. He's a very tidy skilled plumber, and is flexible to accommodate all kinds of last minute changes and we now have the most stunning bathroom and ensuite. Very happy with the result.

After posting job Craig was very quick to reply and came out that evening to give us a quote. I was very nervous about choosing who to do our bathroom as it is a big space and we spent a lot of money on fittings, tiles etc. Craig instantly put me at ease and really listened to what I was looking for. He organised and coordinated all the appropriate trade men taking care of the job from start to finish. The job involved ripping out old bathroom and installing new one with separate bath and shower. I wanted shelves cut into shower area and outwith and he built false wall and designed it exactly as I had pictured. He encountered some unforeseen problems and fixed these with no added expense to myself. The finish on the bathroom is fantastic. Both Craig and the tiler done a first class job.

Excellent work. I had some difficult requests including building a false wall and a ducit in the shower area, led taps and shower head. He was able to carry out all the work to a high standard and was very knowledgeable and helpful in finalizing my plan. His quote was also very reasonable compared to quotes I had received from other prospective builders. Would definitely recommend!
