Carl was quick to attend to give us a quote and was friendly and helpful He started the job on time and even finished earlier than scheduled which was a bonus. Large lounge/diner has been transformed. Walls and ceilings painted, fire place and two internal doors and radiators and skirting painted. Work completed in a tidy manner. Old wall paper removed from alcoves and new paper put up. I am really pleased with it and will be having Carl back to do some other jobs after Christmas and would have no hesitation recommending him.

Carl did a great job decorating our lounge, kitchen, hall, stairs and landing. The job wasnt always straightforward but thanks to Carl and Jonathon we are pleased to say we are very satisfied customers. Nothing was too much trouble and they were polite, tidy and punctual. We are more than happy to recommend CEF and would not hesitate to use their services again.

Removed wallpaper and re-papered 4 walls. Carl was very professional, polite and punctual. We got a quote for the job and that is the price we paid. Really pleased with the quality of the work completed by Carl. Carl needed to come back a third time to finish the job because we changed the wallpaper and it didn’t arrive on time for him on the day. He didn’t charge any extra for this and accommodated our last minute changes. I would recommend CEF Property Solutions and I have already spoken to Carl about another job we need completing. Carl helped us by decorating a room ready for our baby which is due shortly. He's done a fabulous job and it looks amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for him to do. He stripped the walls, smoothed them over and then painted, ensuring I was happy with paint choices first. Will definitely be using him again to complete another one of our rooms.

I recently moved into my house and the outside needed a lot of love. Carl came to tend to my garden even though it was raining and he made such a good job. He also came and power washed my front driveway and clear my gutters. I wish I had taken a before and after photo because he has done a brilliant job and it has made a real difference to my home. I would highly recommend Carl and will definitely be having him back to keep on top of the maintenance outside area regularly. It was my Mum who let Carl in as I was at work, she says he is very friendly, works really hard and non-stop and is very reliable and punctual. Highly recommend

Carl came to cut our large lawn area, he manage to come out at short notice and tackle our very long wet grass! On time very friendly and a very good job done. Would defiantly recommend. Thank you looks so much better!

I am sooooo pleased with the work that Carl of CEF Property Solutions did for me, he is punctual, very tidy, highly professional, his work is of an excellent quality/high standard and also very reasonably priced. Delighted with the work carried out by Carl. Extremely obliging and kind. Over the weekend we had had a leak into the kitchen and Carl offered to have a look on the garage roof. He took some photos and showed us that the flashing had pulled away from the wall so he drove all the way home (over 15 miles) to pick up a heat gun to seal the flashing back in place. He refused any extra payment for this! He went over and above the job remit. I would definitely use Carl again as he painted and papered my kitchen, stairs and landing to a high standard. I can't recommend him highly enough.
