Shayne was very knowledgeable and recommended the Simpled smart locks which I'd come across already and heard great things about which was reassuring. He was flexible on the pricing. I ended up ordering the items directly from Simpled for simplicity and he arrived promptly after I'd received them and installed them without any issues. I am planning some other smart locks so will definitely ask him to return.
