I can't praise Nadim and his team enough. Flexible and extremely hard working the progress of the job was superb. I have already used them for a couple of additional jobs, and will continue to do so. It helps that everything is based on a fixed day rate making budgeting so much easier.

We hired Nadim to complete our small side return and rear patio on our Victorian terrace house. Nadim was very communicative via Whatsapp which was great and a site visit was scheduled so that he could price up the job. Resulting in a very competitive quote. In the lead up to job, communication continued to be very punctual - I liaised with Nadim about the skip that we ordered and where it would be placed. I also mentioned that we had bought the gate and fence and I asked which size posts would be needed. Upon the start of the job it transpired that a couple of aspects weren't accounted for. One being the manhole cover in the centre of the patio, and the second being the fence. I did find this a little frustrating as I am confident that the man hole cover was mentioned in the walk around, as was the fence as they integral parts to our patio, however neither were accounted for in the price. The recessed mhc added an additional £300 onto the job and the fence would have been between £3-600. We went with the manhole cover and I ended up putting the fence up myself in a couple of hours. We did feel that no matter what we said about this to Nadim, we would be wrong. And maybe that was the case. Overall, and with time to reflect, we're happy with the job. However, I have had to make touch ups to the central drain surround and shingle gully ends as they were rushed jobs lacking care and attention which is a shame considering the rest of the job was done nicely.

I just finished putting down a 3m X 5m shed base with Nadim together. It was great fun and he was awesome to work with. I would definitely ask him to do work on our house again. Site left clean and tidy. He went the extra mile to make sure all went to plan.
