Chris quoted us a price and suggested it would take 3 days. He came the first day - Wednesday- as agreed and did the preparation in 3 hours. The following 2 days he phoned in to say he was sick. We had no choice but to let him do the work on Saturday - he spent 8 hours flat out working and by the end of it he said he had finished, but we were disappointed with the result. He had requested payment on completion in cash or bank transfer and we paid the agreed figure in full on the same day. The following day the plaster skim work was drying out and showed up the areas which had been rushed and finished in a substandard way. We phoned Chris and he agreed to come back and remedy the work. He spend another 2 and a half hours here on Sunday evening. We were going away and on our return, we asked Chris once more to come back and if he could leave the work tidy and to our satisfaction, we would leave positive feed back. He said he would come, but in fact has not returned.

Called Chris to give us a quote on damp under the stairs. Chris came out quickly and assessed the damp, quoted us with a fair price and carried the work out quickly and professionally. Also got Chris to do some additional work on the house which was also carried out quickly and professionally. Very happy with the job and will definitely use him again.

Chris came out on a Sunday to give us a quote and came back the following weekend to complete the work on both of the damp walls he also fitted a vent. He was punctual and professional in completing the work and left everything clean and tidy when completed I would definitely recommend him for any damp proofing and plastering work Thanks again Ken - Rhyl

Chris communicated well, turned up exactly when he said he would, and quoted a fair price for the job. Once the job started he again turned up on time. He was polite, friendly and most importantly he completed the work as agreed, and to a high standard. He is a decent, honest guy who does what he says he'll do. What more can you ask from any tradesman? I would happily recommend him to anyone. I'm confident you won't be disappointed.

Chris did everything you would expect of a Professional Plasterer. Quoted a very fair price for the job and completed the job very professionally and efficiently at the time agreed.
