I was called to cut out silicone and re-seal a bath. I did this and gave it a nice finish. On leaving, the customer asked about filling the bath as she had read online this was to happen after the re-seal. I told her this was NOT correct and that the silicone needed time to dry before placing water in the bath. She was insistint that this was the correct way as the app told her so!! I am Plumber off 10 years. I repeatedly told her NOT to fill the bath on numerous occasions, but on leaving she decided to fill the bath anyway. An hour later she phoned to say the sealing had become messy and sunk I to the wall. I offered to come back and re-do, even though she did not listen to my previous instructions. She made no contact, instead placed this review to my dissatisfaction.
