Think you've got me mixed up with a different person you may have shortlisted on my builder. I haven't done any job in Dunfermline recently replacing a fill valve recently and ive never charged double the price to any customer in all the years ive been doing this. And i wouldnt leave sloppy work. Can you check the company that did it for you and ill speak with my builder to see what company was actually hired by you. I can offer for us to come over to your address and check the work for free.

Hi Jim. It was £20 more than 1st quoted as you needed more materials needed than 1st thought. I explained this to you when you when i was doing the work. I charged you extra £20 as fittings where £20 more.
