I gave Cyriack the task of refurbishing a flat which was 125 miles from my own home. It was therefore important that he possessed good communication skills, was trustworthy and able to work on his own initiative. Problems arose and the scope of the work increased, but Cyriack showed he was up to the task and the job was completed with a minimum of fuss, I found Cyriack to be very approachable and remained calm in the face of problems. I would definitely recommend him and make use of his services again.

Job completed today (7th Aug. 09). Excellent job, I was kept well informed (both through the site and by text message). Both Cyriack and help mate worked extremely hard and did a fantastic job on the ceilings and a few other bits and pieces of plastering. Highly recommend. A+++
