I would highly recommend Wojciech. He called the same day I put the ad out, came out to quote us the very next day and started work the day after! Wojciech just completed a large damp proofing treatment at our Edwardian home. He was very quick to respond to our job posting and came to quote the next day. He figured out the reason for the damp and explained what needed to be done and how much it would cost. He did the work exactly as he outlined and no extra charges. One day he was sick but he came to our house anyway to let me know he wasn’t feeling well enough to work instead of just calling. The walls and ceiling look terrific. I’d definitely recommend Wojciech!

Repaired, but after one month wet wall again, bad service, bad communication, expensive, rude to me and my wife.

WW Bespoke visited my property as planned and surveyed the property as requested. I met with Wojciech who provided some very good advice on the extent of the remediation works required and what works are required in order to rectify. No works have as yet been carried out as further quotes are required before proceeding any further.

Wojciech was brilliant. He was very clear with communication, was great with time keeping and has overall done a great job fixing my walls. My damp turned out to be a bit worse than I had thought but Wojciech was very adaptable and got it done in a quick amount of time. No faffing or fuss, just really professional. Wojciech replied to my job immediately and arranged to come and see me very soon afterwards. He explained what was required and stuck to the price quoted. His time keeping was excellent and arrived early each morning. He kept me updated throughout and professionally repaired the damp areas to our bedroom walls. It was a staged approach to let everything dry correctly over a number of days, but during this time he cleared away all the rubbish and kept everything nice and tidy. He re-plastered and repainted the walls to a very high standard and I have been very pleased with the result. I had a couple of questions after finishing the work and as soon as I got in touch he promptly arranged to come back, which is always a good sign. Thank you!
