Caulking of the bathroom LVT Floor ASAP
He left a project unfinished purposely. He missed caulking in some floor area connecting with my toilet seat, area beneath the bath panel and small space connecting wall tile to floor. I only noticed missing areas after bank transferred him and he already left. I put trust in him to do what agreed in my job description, and was busy with prep for coffee/biscuits and need of my kid, so did not check each bit. He said later that his cartridge gun could not reach properly.
Overall, he is not honest with his clients, if he is unhappy with his quote/work load, he should discuss in advance and tell openly during his job, instead of missing many areas which were not easy to notice unless keeling down/leaning forward while bending down.
