We agreed a very reasonable price for 110sq mtrs of Porcelain tile for our patio, (several other quotes where much higher and they had lower feedback scores too?) Declan was professional and informative with a good understanding of what we wanted throughout the job with an end result which is stunning. We even added other work during the job, a brand new lawn of a large size and tree removal of large trees. All of this was no problem to the guys and the work was excellent. All in all, Declan has given us a dream patio and new lawn to be proud of and the workmanship, quality and price is exceptional. Highly recommended and a credit to MyBuilder.

Our job ended up being much bigger than first thought, but Declan and his guys got it completed to a good standard and have totally transformed our garden and our driveway. Very responsive to any queries and offered us lots of advice throughout. Would recommend.

Excellent. We were totally duped by a bogus company who did not know how to lay patios. Declan and his team came in and rectified the situation and did a fantastic job. They were well priced, on time and tidied up after the job. Will use again in the future and recommend

Declan and his team did a great job. Extended our driveway to allow for a further car by relocation a tree and shrubs to the other side of the front garden. Finished off in edging stone and a fresh tarmac finish. Declan also provided the reassurance that the professional tarmac pour would be fine even though the weather was cold. But advised us not drive on it for a few days to let everything set in place. Professional advice and great job, thank you.
