all i can say is fantastic Brian was informative about all stages of the work and did what he said he would with a professionalism i have not seen in builders i have used in the past i have some more work to be done and i can say with absolute truth and confidence i will use these guys again i want to say a final word on the skill of Matt and Guy who is Brians son who were both excellent and this really is the last thing to say tonight is if you have a home that needs work done of any kind in the building sense look no further than these guys you won't be disappointed thanks for everything boys

was not really shure how this my buider thing was going to work out, anyway, i get a response from Brian Connolly, now i am not sure if Brian the Builder is going to turn up, or Brian the comedian..so Brain turns up, and gives me some sound advice, and quite clearly Brian was not going to cut any corners, he advised me against re-grouting the existing tiles as in the long run would not be cost effective, Brain did not charge xtra for the labour, just for the xtra tiles, the standard of workmanship was of the highest quality, Brain has transformed a horrible bathroom into showpiece. he tidied up on the way. If you need a job doing and doing properly give Brain a go,, he does exactly what it says on the Tin,, oh and actually he is quite Funny with it..

AT LAST!!!!!!!!!!!! Just when I was about to give up on MyBuilder.com, along comes Brian Connolly!!!! FINALLY..........a proper tradesman who not only did a good job, but someone who didn't try and rip me off. Brian gave me the lowest quote, yet had the most feedback. I hope Brian will be able to take care of several other jobs for me this year. Thanks again, Dave

Brian Connolly telephone to arrange a date for the job to be done. He turned up on time and he done the job to my complete satisfaction, I would certainly reccomend him.

Brian was very Arrange to meet him at 08.00 he was waiting at 07.30 which gave me the good feel factor.He moved a radiator in my caravan which ment he had to climb under it and dispite the rain he stilled smiled. I have no hesitation recomending him and will certainly use him again when the need be.

Great job and great value, Brian was on time and accurate with his quote. Brian took out and installed a new bath and built a stud wall to house a shower and panel. He also completed the tilling with mosaic border around the bath and shower area. Brian ensured he kept the house clean as he went and has done a fantastic job. I have even asked him to look at a few other bits around my house too now. I have already recommended Brian to a colleague that has a rental portfolio to assist with any issues he may have.

Brian has done a great job of refurbishing the whole place - redoing the bathrooms, flooring, decorating & refurbishing the utility room. We started with a minimal plan, but looking at the work and the timelines - we decided to add a few more things to the list. He is on the final stretch now (with a day or two to go). He has also provided useful suggestions along the way. Excellent worksmaship. Would hire again.

Brian arrived promptly and completed the job very quickly and efficiently. Very neat - good job all round. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Brian again and will certainly look to him for any future plumbing work. Thanks Brian.
