I am happy to say I can recommend B-Construct very highly.
In my opinion the key points in a decent builder are:
Presentation-B-Construct showed up for work on time and when they said they would and respected our schedule. They presented themselves well, were organised, and dealt with our questions and concerns directly. They earnt our confidence because they followed through on promises – if they say they will call you back tomorrow, they do, even at the initial quote stage, I was presented with it very speedily and directly.
Skills and experience-Brian was very knowledgeable, efficient, and diligent, as an example I suggested doing something a certain way but he recommended another method which was more fiddly and time consuming for him but it was absolutely the right thing to do and as I result I got a fabulous finish. He and his team found nothing a challenge- even when the inevitable hiccups occurred.
Communication-Good builders like Brian are good listeners and communicators. He ‘translated’ my ideas and goals into a workable plan and a pleasant experience. This required a solid working relationship and good rapport.
Professional reputation. -They have a comprehensive photographic history. Their feedback on MyHammer can not be sniffed at either!
