Ben was great from the start came to look at the job and quote was reasonable . He helped with arranging the scaffolding which was great and kept in contact until he could come to do the work as the weather has been so bad. Once he could get up the scaffolding we realised the job was bigger than initially thought but Ben talked through what needed to be done and only made a minor adjustment to the initial quite. He kept in contact throughout the recent bad weather as to when he could come and complete with work. He is extremely knowledgeable about older properties such as ours . A very pleasant and conscientious person and I will certainly be asking him back to do more work

Ben did a great job replacing some bricks that has been installed poorly, also bricked up a large hole left in the wall after boiler removal. Work was completed quickly on short notice and the finish is perfect

Ben and co worker did a very good job with my pointing, also fixed my gutter, and replaced a slate on my roof at no extra cost. They also did a really good job of clearing up afterwards. Ben is a very hard working and pleasant person, would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Ben is a really nice guy and did a great job with the repointing of my cottage using a lime based mortar. He is very knowledgeable with older properties and gave us some great advice. I would highly recommend and we will likely be using him again!

We employed BR Services to fix a problem with our porch. They turned up promptly when promised, completed the job extremely professionally, kept us fully informed about what was being done and tidied up before they left. Possibly the most conscientious company we've ever been involved with. We realise the success of jobs such as this can only be judged after a number of months or even years but we're confident it has been done properly and the problem has been fixed. Will definitely recommend and will use again.
