Ben has been brilliant. He sorted my roof 2 hours after I called him. So good I am having him put a whole roof on. Would highly recommend. Ben has been very patient with me in my scatty moments. A true gentleman.

Ben called me in the morning and booked me in for an evening call, he took a look and said he could complete the job immediately. He even had to go and get an extra piece of kit, but still managed to complete the job to a high standard. Ben kept me in the loop of what was happening at all times. I would definitely recommend this company.

Ben explained everything that he needed to do & why he needed to do it. It was son apparent that he is very knowledgeable and well trained. He presented a very detailed plan of the work for us, gave us dates and kept every promise on time. Gave us a timescale of one day to complete the removing and replacing of all the tiles, flashing, some gutter work, took before & after photos and videos. They did a very good tidy up afterwards. Ben and his team have taught me that there are still master craftsman about today.

Ben responded quickly on a Sunday and sorted the problem the following afternoon despite being very busy due to heavy downpours. Showed video of the problem and completed at a reasonable cost.
