Hello everyone! Rob helped fix our boiler right in the middle of freezing weather when our old boiler broke down. He responded quickly, was professional, reliable, and took the time to explain what needed to be done. Thanks to Rob, we had hot water and heating again in no time. We’re very grateful and would highly recommend him to anyone needing boiler repairs.

What a great boiler replacement experience at a day's notice because my boiler had failed totally. Rob was great with comms and a quote, and even helped me out with some TRVs that had failed. He explained the differences between models so I could make an informed choice. Got myself a really lovely boiler. Installation wasn't straightforward due to the fitting 13 years ago but nothing was a blocker. Rob sorted everything out as explained what he was doing. He cleared up after himself and even took the packaging away. Five stars all the way. Rob is a boiler nerd and so you will get a good job as he cares.

Rob has done great job on the installation day, very neat. He came on Sunday as we needed to get it done asap. He couldn’t get the external pipe work done due to ongoing render work so came back after to finish it off, it took him a while but everything was done at the end. Thank you

All seemed to go well until no Gas Safety Regulations Certificate came through. Thought I'd give him benefit of the doubt as it should be something simple, alas he pretty much ignored me for two weeks, only responding a couple of times to say I will get an email. Never did, now the case is with Gas Safety. Quick enough to take my money then just ignores.

Very professionaland knowledgeable. Did everything on the day and kept the place tidy. Highly recommended.
