I received a polite. Prompt reply. He came out immediately after I spoke on the phone, found the fault but was unable to repair immediately as it was evening and there was no where open to buy part. However he returned the next morning, with the part and fixed the problem with efficiency and ease. We were very impressed with both the service and the very reasonable price. If I have any more issues with electrics or plumbing, I will be happy to use Bills.

Bill was very reliable and quickly responded to texts. He turned up on time even on Easter Sunday. He did a thorough job for a very good price. We'd definitely have Bill again for any other jobs we need doing.
