With A Large Domestic Appliance Company, who I’ll call AO, not doing installations due to the pandemic, it was left to us to either install our new dishwasher ourselves or get someone in who knew what they were doing. A quick look at the instructions confirmed that electrocution or flooding was a distinct possibility, and it was off to MyBuilder to find someone to take pity on our poor DIY skills. Step forward Bilal. An absolute gentleman, who turned up on a Sunday, earlier than we’d arranged, at 30 mins notice. He took his time & methodically worked around the existing mess in our kitchen, even replacing some old pipework that would have stopped the new dishwasher hose from functioning properly. He was polite and explained the minor installation issue and offered a perfectly reasonable solution. He even lent my wife some kneepads when he saw her busy in the garden! I don’t know how long Bilal has been in business, but if more tradesmen were more like him, their collective reputations would be through the roof! I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Bilal on here, and will be doing so to any of my friends that ask. I suspect we will be using him again for other jobs. Thanks Bilal!
