If you are looking for a builder in the in SW London, stop looking now and call Eagle Express! They are a family business; Dad Zeni, son Bes and cousin Jimmy. They are extremely professional, honest, hard-working and pay great attention to detail in every aspect of their work from foundations to paint. They were extremely flexible with the design details and demands of my brief, made great suggestions and delivered faultless results. They were also extremely clean and tidy and took great care of finished areas in both private and public spaces. We are overseas residents and arrived back in the UK to find our flat finished and in immaculate condition. Our snag list was minimal and Zeni and Bes were readily available to finish things off quickly including doing jobs which were not on the list. By far the best builders (and there have been many for us) we have had to date. We highly recommend Eagle Express and will not hesitate to call them back for future works. Bes and the team removed a stud wall, a floor to ceiling bookcase, built a shelf, sanded and varnished the wood flooring and painted the walls and ceilings of the entire flat. Bes was always in communication and very clear. He had many great suggestions, which I followed and am very happy with. He is always looking to go above and beyond on the job and has many good ideas. For example: he touched up the paint job on a part of the property that was outside of the scope for no extra cost (with permission obviously). I am incredibly happy with how the flat looks now. Furthermore, the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Eagle Express and would use them again. I have already asked them to look into a few more things including a built in wardrobe and also potentially a kitchen re do.

I cannot recommend Eagle express enough. Extremely professional, skilled, tidy and reasonable. We contacted Bes for our plan for a breakfast bar, partition walls and 2 bookshelves in our flat. From our first meeting Bes took our ideas on board and also made some great suggestions . Bes and his Father set to work very quickly and were very organized with setting up and considerate of our neighbours. They made this quite complex job look extremely easy and professional. We are so happy with the final result and every detail/request was met. The work exceeded all our expectations and has completely transformed our flat. We also had a radiator and electrics put in, also to a very high standard. I am looking forward to working with them again soon.

I am very happy and very impressed with the decorating work done to the stairs and hallway. In many places the old damaged plaster was stripped right back to the bricks and replastered to ensure no damaged plaster remained. Attention to detail was excellent.I would highly recommend Eagle express.

I consider myself very lucky to have hired Zeni & Bes for what was an exceptionally difficult job. The headline is not actually right, as over the work period I realised that it was more of a 60% done / 40% left job rather than an 80% done / 20% left job. Zeni & Bes undertook what was a half finished, TOTAL refurbishment job following termination of the previous builders, whom I sacked as they did not meet any quality standards whatsoever. Both father and son are consummate professionals and a testament to the highest standard building work. I was impressed with their attention to detail, tenacity, and can-do attitude. They actually completed the job plus far more than the original spec at virtually no extra cost. Zeni promised me that he would finish the house the same as "he would finish HIS house". He kept his promise and he did. Well done boys. I recommend them unconditionally.

Zeni and Bas did a great job for me insulating and boarding my loft. They were courteous professional and thorough in their work. A small problem occurred due to a historic bodge job prior that had been done before they arrived, but I called Zeni and he came straight back to fix it to my satisfaction at no extra cost. I would recommend them to others.

Bes and his father were fantastic. They re-plastered the walls and ceilings in our bedrooms and built us two beautiful fitted wardrobes- the workmanship, sturdiness and fit is first rate. Their work was really high quality, they accommodated all my fussy requests and left the house really tidy every day, I would highly recommend them and will certainly be contacting them for future work at our house.

I'm so happy with the job both Bes and his father did to our cold unusable bedroom. From first contact to final finish, Bes was always keeping us updated with progress, doing additional jobs for us withour charging us, and overall doing an amazing job. Price wise, for the job done, it was very reasonable. The end result is a beautifully finished, insulated bedroom which we can use now. I won't hesitate to call on Bes for any work I need doing in my house - highly recommend them.
