Arrived at the arranged time, was courteous & got straight to work. Neat & tidy & all work completed to a satisfactory level. I would recommend this company.

Bobby was reliable from the initial quote to completion of the job, arriving every day as scheduled. Good communication throughout our project. Bobby followed our kitchen design plan to the letter, with great attention to detail. He was also happy to add additional requests by us. Bobby was clean and efficient in his work and respectful to our property. Would highly recommend and definitely use again.

I asked Bobby to replace 4 x internal doors which he did and I paid him before he left. 2 of the door handles (both sides) completely fell off shortly after installation with very little use so I contacted Bobby to politely ask him if he could return to fix them. Bobby responded over 2 weeks later to ask my availability to which I replied to say that I’m flexible / happy to go around when is best for him. I have since contacted Bobby several times to ask whether he has received my messages and he has completely ignored them. Bobby has left me in the lurch which is really upsetting. It’s a shame as I had initially thought that Bobby was a nice person upon meeting him and was going to engage his services on other joinery projects. However, I wish to pre-warn others that Bobby is unprofessional and unreliable when things go wrong - don’t expect to see him again once you’ve handed over your hard earned money!

Bobby was fantastic. Found the time straight away for a quote, was incredibly friendly and polite on arrival, and just knows what he is talking about. Completed the job within 3 days to a high standard. Would definitely use his services again. Thanks Bobby!

From initial contact with BB kitchens Bobby has shown nothing but professionalism from first visit to quote to installation. His standard of work and attention to detail was exemplary and a real credit to him. I know I’m not the easiest person to please when it comes to trade people but Bobby was simply a pleasure to work with. We had several issues with the kitchen which wasn’t picked up at the planning stage but Bobby sorted them without a hesitation. He turned up on time and completed the kitchen to the agreed time line . I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Bobby I know you won’t be disappointed.
