Afternoon Sarah Sorry you felt a 1 star review was required. Your son has a stunning bathroom with a small, non urgent leak which I messaged you about, less than 1 hour ago with a solution too. You have chosen to ignore me. The fitting team and your son clearly had a clash of personalities as both claim the other was rude to them. All i can say is I have hundreds of customers who can verify that Mark and his team have been fantastic to work with throughout their install process. You notified me a couple of weeks ago of a small but non urgent leak in your sons bathroom which we will admit, slipped through the net, however i have offered a solution to get it sorted this week which you have chosen to ignore and instead post a 1 star review for a stunning bathroom, fitted within a very tight timescale that you had. Sorry you felt a 1 star was required. I could understand posting it after this week if the leak was not sorted, but not before.

Hi Una. The last time I spoke to you, you wanted additional works completed like changing the bath panel to a tiled bath front. If you want to send me and email we would be happy to sort this as the last contact the fitters had from you was before you went on holiday and you said you would be in touch after. Jamie has had no word since. If you could email me I can speak to Jamie and get this arranged for you.
