Jack was very accommodating. I had to change the start date as the carpet delivery was pushed back and this wasn’t a problem. Did a good job with laying the carpet and gave advice on how the remnant underlay could be used in the future on the stairs to save costs. Would use again.

Pleasant guy but seemed in a rush. Managed to spray carpet mount on wallpaper near radiator which then bits attached to. I assume dropped underlay or carpet into wall creating large skid mark on wallpaper in corner & made no mention of this. Made a poor glueing of carpet around vent which came undone immediately when he left. He had had van trouble and this may have been why he was rushing. In general the carpet looks okay so gave him benefit of doubt with neutral mark.

Jack has just fitted a vinyl floor in my ensuite bathroom. He was quick to respond initially and great at getting back to me to arrange a prompt fitting. Arrived on time, cleared everything away afterwards and has made a great job. Looks great, I'm really pleased. Would definitely use again and recommend.
