Jack was very quick to respond to my initial request, but was an absolute pain in arse after that. I tried to arrange many appointments with him, and he didn’t turn up to any of them. Extraordinarily rude. I arranged so many days around him, and he failed to turn up, every time

Jack is really polite and professional, he helped us to install carpet of the stairs and vinyl flooring in the rest of the house. I am really pleased with the new flooring.
