The quality of the work is great and Andy was very open to discussion and options for the work. My only issue was the timescale for the work stretched out a lot, but to be fair that wasn't all his fault as a subcontractor let him down. I would use Barton Building Maintenance again but only if the subcontractor that he used wasn't involved. Thanks Andy, great job.

Would highly recommend Andy. Gave good advice, fair quote and carried out the work quickly, doing over and above work initially discussed. Very pleased with roof work carried out. And a very nice Guy too! Would definitely use Barton Building Maintenance again.

Andy rebedded verge tiles and repointed some new lead flashing, the work was first class and I would not hesitate to recommend him to other people.He is polite and explained all the work he was going to carry out.

Andy has just completed the job for me (rebuilding a tall driveway brick pier) He has done a fantastic job and we couldn't be happier with his work. Repointing and putting new top layer of bricks on garden wall. Andy takes a pride in his work and has done a superb job on our wall which was fairly dilapidated. He is very polite, diligent and cleans up very well when finished. I would thoroughly recommend him.

We contacted Andy to repoint the front garden wall of our house which was in a poor condition with damaged bricks and loose mortar. Andy provided a very competitive quote and the repair work that he has done is of a high standard. He was professional and polite throughout, working very cleanly and always leaving the area tidy at the end of the day. He was also very courteous of our neighbours, contacting them himself to let them know what he would be doing. I would and have already highly recommended his services.
