Had a great experience with Jon and his team. Jon worked with us to get our project to fit into our budget, he was available to start immediately and he finished the job very quickly and as promised. Would definitely hire him again, thanks Jon!

We were delighted with the service we received from Ionut and his team, from start to finish. Ionut really listened to what we wanted and provided a detailed breakdown of the work involved and the costs. This allowed us to tweak plans to suit our budget and Ionut was always happy to offer advice. His team were punctual, courteous and cleaned up before leaving each evening. Ionut kept me fully up to date with progress and he responded to messages straight away. I'm really pleased with the quality of work. I have had an external doorway bricked up, and new external patio doors installed to replace a window. A brand new kitchen has been installed which involved running new electrics, moving pipework and installing underfloor heating. Ionut also built brand new understairs storage to house the washing machine and additional pull-out drawers to hide shoes and coats. During the work I asked for additions, including a new boiler and adding a new silicone render to the outside wall. Ionut had no problem accommodating these additional requests. I would happily use Ionut and the team at 9H Builders again.

Jon and his team have been excellent and have done a fantastic job. Work needed including removal of walls and remodelling, installation of new bathroom and kitchen, floor renovation, new patio installation and redecoration of entire property. Everything done to a very high standard and quickly - and good liaison with us all the way through. Jon also dealt with building control and helped us with every aspect. Would hire Jon and his team again and can definitely recommend!

Jon and his team are fantastic, they took over a half renovation that a previous builder left us with. He spent a lot of time fixing things he didn't originally quote for at no extra cost. He also done extra bits and pieces at no cost which was ever so kind of him. He went to get certain items I was not sure of showing all receipts to make life ever so easy. He came on time every day and cracked on with the job until completion. They clean up after themselves as they go along, they communicate at every stage, they complete things in a way I had previously imagined in my mind without having to explain and have huge knowledge and skill in what they are doing. Installed flat GRP roof, done electrics, plumbing, carpentry - everything to a great level of skill. I would highly recommend Jon, I can promise you that you will not go wrong and have nothing to worry about giving this guy the job. He hasn't a single negative review and I doubt he will get one. I will be getting Jon out in the future to do a driveway and numerous other things I want doing. All in all a great experience and would highly highly recommend.

Jon and his team are very organized and professional, very efficient and accurate, he was able to stick to the deadline, the quote was reasonable. I would love to work with Jon and 9H again for sure.

John has done a great job refurbishing my house with his team. The work consisted of rebuilding part of the foundations of the house, laying new flooring throughout, installing a new kitchen and refitting a small bathroom. The quote was very precise on day-1, the work was completed swiftly with a full crew on site every day, even on Saturdays and communication with John was first class throughout the process. I would happily recommend John for the quality and professionalism of his work.

John and his team were fantastic!! Really helpful, polite, good problem solvers, reliable and always reachable and ready with advice. We’re so happy with our extension and would certainly hire John again.

I'm really pleased to have had John (Ionut) and his Perfecthouse team on my refurbishment project. His honesty and flexible approach are invaluable attributes that constantly reassure me that I have the right person on board to help me realise what I wanted for my flat. John's proactiveness and timeliness in the little things tells the most and these stood out right from the start - he sent quote when he promised; he ensures he is reachable on phone and returns missed calls; he responds to his emails/messages. John really does not leave things hanging! To top it all he is full of ingenuity, very conscientious and leads his team from the front to ensure timely and quality workmanship. I have nothing but praise for him and I am very happy indeed.

John and his team refurbished my flat and I am very happy with the work carried out and with the end result. The job was done on time and on budget and to a very high standard. The job consisted of changing the layout of the flat, installation of a new kitchen and a new bathroom, installation of a new boiler and central heating, complete electrical rewiring, carpentry work, painting and decorating. John has strong work ethics, he is reliable, easy to talk to and polite. John also offered excellent recommendations, dealt with building control and has excellent knowledge and understanding of refurbishment work. I strongly recommend John and I would definitely be hiring him again.

John did a full refurb of our house. Excellent to work with, job completed on time and all to a very high standard. Most valuable were Johns recommendations on things we hadn't considered.
