We are very pleased with Ionut’s work. He complemented all required jobs to a good standard and we would not hesitate to contact Ionut again when needed. Also, we were not in the country when the work was taking place but the communication was very smooth and easy therefore we trusted him and and his knowledge. All in all, very happy with the work he has done. ( one of Ionut contacts done the painting which was also brilliant).

Ionut and his team did an excellent job. The original quote was clear and fair, they arrived on time and consistently worked on my job with any snags or areas for clarification raised and resolved quickly. the quality of their work is superb and they were pleasant to have working in my home. i unreservedly would recommend them.

I contacted John for a quote for re-doing my bathroom, and I ended up giving him the whole flat refurbishment, and it's been the best decision I've taken. He and his team have done really nice work, very effectively and on time, as first advised. Everyone who came to visit was left impressed by his workmanship. John has been nothing short of amazing, he's a project manager, an electrician, a builder, an accountant, the man is superman. He tackled every issue he encountered and always advised me what to buy and from where. He was very polite, with a sense of humor, and he always maintained good communication with me, and his prices were very fair and competitive. I'll recommend John and his team to all my friends; you won't be disappointed in choosing him and trusting him with your job.

I would definitely recommend Jon and would definitely use him and his team again. Jon has a professional, highly skilled team who are very well organised and managed on site. Jon has a very open, collaborative, proactive and honest approach and was great to work with. Communication in all aspects of the project was excellent and very responsive. All works were completed to a high standard within the agreed construction programme.

Jon and his team were great, we’re very pleased with the job they did and already have recommended him to friends! Communication was great throughout - Jon was very transparent about everything and kept us involved in every decision. Jon was well organised with invoices, costs and documents shared on Dropbox making it really easy to keep track. The quality of the kitchen finish by Cristi was so good that even our kitchen manufacturer commented on the craftsmanship! Everything was kept to schedule and prices were competitive. Would highly recommend.

Ionut and his team did an excellent job renovating my garage. They throughly exceeded my expectations, providing a quality finish for a reasonable price. The team was professional, accurate and fast. Professionalism: Always turned up early. Ionut frequently updated tasks and costings in a shared spreadsheet, leaving me with no uncertainty. Finishes were all completed to a very high standard. He also provided critical advice regarding roof material, roof height and ventilation. Areas were left clean after each day's work. Communication was always clear and cordial. Accuracy: job was completed exactly to plan. The team had a high attention to detail, noticing additional places where sockets should be placed given my intended use of the room. Ionut kindly re-rendered and painted the external walls as well. Speed: excellent. The job was pretty much completed in two weeks with the only delay being due to excessive rain causing the plaster to take slightly longer to dry. I'm really pleased with Ionut's standard of work and would happily work with him again. Wish I could post before/after photos.

Jon and his team were excellent from start to finish. Very tidy, timely and considerate. We commissioned Jon to knock down a dividing wall to create a through lounge. The work was done within the timeframe agreed and with no additional costs. Huge thanks to Jon and his team!

Jon (Ionut) is an exceptional builder. We worked with him on the refurbishment of our park home via WhatsApp from Spain during the winter of 2020-21. Despite covid, Brexit and a harsh winter he got the job done on time and in budget. His many suggestions and additions to our plans were invaluable and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. He has visited us several times since the job was completed to check up and fix a couple of minor issues. We couldn't be happier with the quality and attention to detail. Also, he's a very nice man.
