The surveyor arrived promptly to conduct the survey and promised to send a quote afterwards. However, I never received the quote. I followed up a few days later and was told they would get back to me, but haven't heard anything since despite further attempts to reach them. Disappointing lack of communication.

I initially approached Matthew for a quotation as I had, at the time, experienced unreliability and a lack of professionalism with other trades people. He attended the site and displayed a confident attitude to the task in hand whilst pointing out additional works that would improve the finished job. These additional features had not previously occurred to me but were obvious to a competent roofer like Matthew. Once the work had commenced I was very pleased at the detail shown in the progression of the work from the fitting and sealing of the insulation through to the final felt layer. In conclusion I have every reason to recommend Matthew as a reliable, conscientious and very professional and personal tradesman.

Matthew and Jake came to quote, they were on time, articulate, and professional. I accepted their quote not the cheapest, but seemed the most professional and honest. Despite poor weather conditions, they kept me up to date, the job took longer than expected due to both the weather, and finding unexpected timber rot on a couple of joists. Overall a very good job and most of all, very nice, polite, trustworthy and professional workmanship. I can say they exceeded my expectations.
