Scott answered promptly and agreed to call and identify the problem, after doing that he went and picked up the parts needed to complete the job came back and did it the same day. He was pleasant and polite and we would use him again.

Couldn't have asked for anything better. Job completed to high standard (including sorting my attempted mistakes prior to the job!!), all done within a week of posting & very friendly & punctual. Would recommend to anyone!
