Whenever I hire Kerry I find myself thinking that he is something of an anomaly, a throwback to a bygone age when apparently tradesmen took pride in their work and it wasn't all about cutting corners and overcharging before disappearing behind a wall of silence when things invariably go wrong.
I've been hiring tradesmen for two decades and can honestly say that I am uncertain whether I have encountered anybody like Kerry before. As well as being highly skilled, in itself most unusual nowadays, he appears to possess a prodigious knowledge of his trade which he clearly takes pleasure drawing upon in every aspect of his craft. (At a glance he was able to correctly reel off the several materials previously used on my roof, their various flaws and deficiencies, along with their inevitable watery consequences, before reassuringly outlining a cost-effective solution).
In short, Mr Chapman puts cowboys and rogues everywhere to shame. A safe pair of hands. And it would appear a couple of hundred other satisfied customers on MyBuilder concur with me. Let's face it, when it comes to building work, no prospect conjures up more fear than a botched roof job! Therefore, long may Mr Chapman continue to restore the building trade's reputation whilst keeping us dry!
