Alan's team were great, we had a new gas fire put in which involved digging up the floor an putting in new copper piping installed. This was done efficiently with no mess at the end, which was amazing considering !! We found their customer service great, they came out 3 times to quote for a log burner as we couldn't decide in the beginning but it was no problem for them and good communication throughout. Had a wood burner and fireplace fitted. The service was very professional and we are very pleased with the result. The two men who fitted it Carl and Dan were really polite and respectful and nothing was too much trouble. I have recommended them to friends. The only slight niggle is we are still waiting for our carbon monoxide monitor which apparently we should have and which was supposed to be supplied, but it is a very small thing and we will buy one ourselves.

I would highly recommend them to anyone considering to use them. They stripped the plaster from our chimney breast and re pointed the brickwork. They did a great job and kept in contact regarding when they could complete the job. They were also quick to quote, friendly and helpful regarding advise.

I had a cast fireplace fitted in place of a hole in the wall type fire. A Very positive experience from start to finish from a professional team. Many thanks to the guys for a tidy job, and I would definitely recommend them!

Carl and Danny installed a flue liner, cast iron fireplace and hearth for us. They were friendly, polite and hard working. Throughout the process they consulted us to ensure that we were happy with how the installation was progressing and that the outcome would be exactly as we wanted it. They were very knowledgable, offering good advice at all times and overcame problems (of my own making) without any fuss. They took great care to keep mess to an absolute minimum and took real pride the quality of their work. The fireplace now looks tremendous and is a testimony to their hard work. An excellent service at a very reasonable price. Thoroughly recommended!
